You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed via Instamojo (INR) or Stripe (USD). All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
We offer a free trial period as specified at signup. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service. By publishing content via embedded widgets, you grant us a limited license to distribute it on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our Service uses AI (Google Gemini 2.5 Flash) to assist in content creation. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may require review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all published content.
You may not use the Service to: publish illegal, harmful, or defamatory content; violate intellectual property rights; spam or send unsolicited communications; reverse-engineer or attempt to hack the platform.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses due to downtime.
Your data is stored securely in India. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains accessible until the end of the billing period. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
