  • Account data: Name, email address, Google profile (via OAuth)
  • Content data: Blogs, images, forms, leads you create
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, API calls
  • Payment data: Processed by Instamojo/Stripe — we do not store card numbers
  • Lead data: Form submissions from your embedded widgets

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve the Service
  • To send transactional emails (subscription, expiry notifications)
  • To process payments
  • To provide customer support
  • To generate anonymized usage analytics

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in India. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS, bcrypt for passwords, JWT for sessions). Database backups are taken daily.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Google (OAuth login)
  • Instamojo / Stripe (payment processing)
  • Resend (transactional email delivery)

5. Cookies

We use secure HTTP-only cookies for session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. Lead Data (Widget Submissions)

Lead data collected via your embedded widgets belongs to you. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. You are the data controller and responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is purged within 30 days. Some data may be retained for legal compliance.

9. Children

Our Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
